There is no registration fee.

Travel support and poster presentation are only eligible for female participants. Male students and postdocs are equally welcome to register and participate in talks, the poster session, the panel discussion, and the dinner.

• Travel support
  We have limited resources for travel support. If you apply for travel support, please send us
  • a curriculum vitae
  • a letter of motivation together with
  • a supporting letter from your advisor (in case you are a PhD student)

  before 30.09.2022 to admin@waves.kit.edu.

• Poster
  You are welcome to create your own poster and present it during the poster session. We will provide printing service at our expense. We don’t provide a template, so there is no limit to your creativity. Here are some useful guidelines:
  • poster size in DIN format (either A1 in portrait format or A0 in landscape format)
  • poster file format has to be PDF
