You (as a female participant) can create your own poster and exhibit it while the poster session. We will provide the service to print it at our expense. We don’t provide a template, so you are not limited in your creativity. Here are some needful guidelines:
- poster size in DIN format (at least A2, up to A0 in landscape format)
- poster file format has to be PDF (use export functions if necessary)
- send your poster until 20.04.2017 to office@waves.kit.edu
To promote the poster session we will organize a poster flash in which you have 45sec to say a few sentences to attract people to come to your poster. For this presentation you can use exactly one slide (without overlays) which will be presented in the lecture hall. Since we will collect the slides of all speakers in one file, please send your slide as a PDF file in landscape format together with your poster.
