Travel support and poster presentation are only eligible for female participants. Male and diverse students and postdocs are equally welcome to register and participate in talks, the poster session, the panel discussion, as well as the dinner.

• Travel support
  We have limited resources for travel support for our female participants. If you apply for travel support, please indicate this in the registration form below and send us
  • a curriculum vitae,
  • a letter of motivation together with
  • a supporting letter from your advisor (in case you are a PhD student)

  before 31.07.2025 to admin@waves.kit.edu. The deadline has been exceeded.

• Poster
  You are welcome to create your own poster and present it during the poster session. We will provide poster printing service at our expense. We don’t provide a template, so there is no limit to your creativity. Here are some useful guidelines:
  • poster size in DIN format (either A1 in portrait format or A0 in landscape format)
  • poster file format has to be PDF

  There will be a poster flash before the poster session. In a poster flash everyone (who presents a poster) has about 45 seconds to create interest in their poster. During your advertisement we will show one slide (also as a PDF file) which you can prepare in advance.

  Please send your poster until Monday 20.10.2025 and poster flash slide until Wednesday 22.10.2025 to admin@waves.kit.edu.
